Intech Microwaves SrL (IMW) designs and produces in the fields of: Microwaves, Microelectronics, analog,digital,mechanical and automatic test equipment (ATE). The company includes a 300mq clean room, on a total 600mq area, suitable for producing microelectronics assemblies. In this area, are present also environmental facilities for temperature screening, vacuum oven and QFN welding machine. Among the various technologies owned, there is that of Chip and Wire. The various instruments are suitable for working up to 50GHz. IMW is willing to offer the Manufacturing Data Package (MDP), if required by the customer. Due to its capabilities, technologies and organization, IMW is able to make a fast prototyping. The company invests, yearly, 10% of its revenues in R&D. In these last two years IMW developed, as own new products line, several HPAs operating in the following radar frequency ranges: L band(1,2-1,4Ghz/3KW.pulsed); S band (2,73,1GHz/1,5KW.pulsed);C band(5,45,9GHz/1,3KW.pulsed); X band (8,5-9,5GHz/500W.pulsed). As already done,
the company is willing to quote HPAs and Transmitters in compliance with customers’ requirements. Other IMW products are: Passive components, Active Components and MMIC, Digital Units, Firmware and Test Jig.
