MERLETTI AEROSPACE is specialized in manufacturing and assembly of structural components and flight controls for the aerospace industry. Our manufacturing capabilities deliver full vertical integration from raw materials to finished products. Our engineers are expert in the design and manufacturing of tooling and fixtures for the machining of mechanical parts.
MERLETTI AEROSPACE has been certified since 1995 according to the UNI EN ISO 9001 standard, since 2006 according to AS/EN 9100. In 2018 the company obtained approval in accordance with PART 21 G regulation, becoming part of the production companies approved at European level by EASA (European Aviation Safety Agency) and at national level by ENAC (Italian civil aviation authority).
MERLETTI holds the TULPS license (Consolidated text of the law on public safety) pursuant to ART.28 for the manufacture of material intended for equipping Armed Forces and the Police.
Surface treatments:
pre-treatments (degreasing and etching), galvanic (chromic acid anodizing, sulfuric acid anodizing, sulfuric hard anodizing, chemical conversion coating, stainless steel passivation),auxiliary (sandblasting, primer and top
coat application of solid lubricants) and painting.
Inspection: Dimensional, NDT (liquid penetrant inspection)
